Immunizations

Under USCIS rules, applicants must provide a complete record of immunizations. If you have received any immunizations in the past, please bring written proof with you at the time of your appointment.

Normal immunizations include:

MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella)

Td (Tetanus-diphtheria)

Hib (Haemophilus Influenzae Type b)

Hepatitis B

Varicella (Chickenpox)

Pneumococcal (For applicants over 65)

Influenza (For applicants over 65)

Your individual vaccination needs will be determined at the time of your appointment. Any required vaccinations will be provided at an additional charge.
